50 years ago on February 20, 1961 the first copies of "The Genesis Flood" were shipped by the publisher. "The Genesis Flood" book was on the cutting edge of the Creation Movement -- the understanding that God created the heaven and earth in six literal days and that our world could be understood from that perspective. The evolutionary theory is not more "scientific" than believing that God created the world just as He said He did in Genesis 1 & 2. Both Creationism and Evolution are faith based. The ramifications of one's choice of belief in origins are far reaching. Dr. Whitcomb will be preaching on Sunday May 15th at both the 8:15 & 10:40 service.
